We are building early, talking to organisers, and making the unknowns visible before we ask a community to rely on us.

Building Rally in Public: What We’re Learning Before Launch

Rally is early. There are no customer logos to borrow, no inflated outcome numbers to publish, and no reason to pretend the product is finished when it is not.

What we can show is the direction: a campaign command centre, a preparation workspace, a daily playbook, participant pages, approvals, and a finale designed to be shared in the room—not just reported after the fact.

Before launch, the work is listening. Which tasks actually slow down a volunteer team? Which parts of a public campaign make families uncomfortable? What does a principal or nonprofit director need to show their board before saying yes? Those questions are shaping the product more than a feature checklist does.

If you run community campaigns and want to compare notes, the door is open. The best early version of Rally will be built with people who are willing to tell us what does not work yet.

Want to talk about your next campaign?
